Adventure Park at Dubai Hills Mall is not the outdoor zipline park in Mushrif. It is a 25,000 sq ft indoor activity centre on Level 1 of Dubai Hills Mall, built for children from 4 years old or 95cm tall, with a separate Toddler Play area for ages 1–4. The park is operated by Emaar Entertainment and sits alongside The Storm Coaster, Play DXB and Roxy Cinemas. It is a practical option when the outdoor parks are unusable in summer, but it has specific height rules, pass structures and crowding patterns that change whether it works for your family on a given day.

What Adventure Park Actually Is?
Adventure Park is an indoor soft-play and active-challenge centre, not a theme park. The space is laid out as a series of separate activity zones rather than one continuous playground. Children move between them individually, which means you can choose a pass that covers only the zones your child meets the height requirement for.
The activity list runs to 11 attractions in current passes:
- The Cave Maze
- The Playground
- Sky Park Junior
- Power Park
- Cyber Walls
- Climbing Walls
- Ninja Park
- Jump Park
- Slide’n’Fly
- Sky Park
- Free Fall Jump
Each zone has its own minimum height and, for some, a maximum weight. The Cave Maze opens at 90cm, The Playground and Sky Park Junior at 95cm, Power Park, Cyber Walls and Climbing Walls at 100cm, Ninja Park and Jump Park at 110cm, Slide’n’Fly and Free Fall at 125cm, and Sky Park at 135cm. Free Fall also has a maximum weight of 120kg, and Climbing Walls runs from 15kg to 125kg. A child who is 95cm tall can use only three of the 11 activities. A child at 125cm can use nine of them, missing only Sky Park, which requires 135cm.
Toddler Play is a separate area for ages 1–4. It is not included in the standard Thrill Seeker or Ultimate passes sold through discount platforms, but it is covered by the Ultimate Pass sold directly through Emaar’s channels.
Location
The park is on Level 1 of Dubai Hills Mall. The nearest parking is P1, near Géant.
How to Get There?
Dubai Hills Mall sits off Al Khail Road. Parking is currently free, which is unusual for a mall of this size in Dubai and makes a car the most straightforward option. There are over 7,000 spaces. Metro access is not direct. The nearest metro stations are on the Red Line, and from there you need a taxi or bus. For families with young children, driving is the default choice unless you are already staying in a hotel within walking distance of the mall.
The park’s direct contact number is 050 946 6904. The general Emaar Entertainment line is 800 382 246255. These are useful if you need to confirm current height rules or birthday availability before travelling.
Opening Hours
Adventure Park operates longer hours than most indoor play centres in Dubai:
- Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 23:00
- Friday and Saturday: 10:00 to 00:00
The late closing is a real advantage. It means you can use the park after dinner or after a mall visit, rather than building your day around a closing time that falls in the middle of the afternoon. It also means the quietest window is often the first hour after opening on weekdays, before school groups and afternoon crowds arrive.
Ticket Prices & Pass Options
Adventure Park does not sell a single flat entry ticket for unlimited access to everything. It sells passes that cover a set number of activities. This is the single most important thing to understand before you buy, because the pass you choose determines what your child can actually do.
| Pass | Activities Included | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thrill Seeker | Any 7 of 11 | AED 125 | Best fit for children who meet most height requirements |
| Ultimate Pass | All 11 | AED 179 | Includes Toddler Play when bought directly; check channel |
| Adventure Fun | Any 4 of 10 + AED 50 Play DXB credit | AED 139 | Suited to shorter visits or younger children |
The Thrill Seeker pass at AED 125 is the standard entry point for most families. It gives access to seven activities, which is enough for a two-hour session for a child aged roughly 6–10. The Ultimate Pass at AED 179 adds the remaining four activities, including Sky Park and Free Fall, and is the better value if your child is tall enough to use them and will stay long enough to do so.
The Adventure Fun pass is sometimes confused with the others because it includes a Play DXB credit. Play DXB is a separate arcade and entertainment area in the same mall. The AED 50 credit is only useful if you plan to visit Play DXB on the same trip. If you are not going there, the Thrill Seeker pass is cheaper and gives more activities inside Adventure Park itself.
Discount platforms such as Cobone and Groupon regularly list Adventure Park passes below the gate price. The Cobone listing has shown the Thrill Seeker pass at AED 125 and the Ultimate Pass at AED 179, which are the same as the standard prices, so the discount is not guaranteed to be meaningful. Always compare the discounted price against the direct Emaar price before buying. Some discount passes exclude Toddler Play or have shorter validity windows.
Esaad and Fazza cardholders have reported receiving a discount on the two-hour entry, bringing the price to around AED 149.25 after discount. This is worth checking at the counter if you hold either card.
Height & Age Rules
The minimum age for standard entry is 4 years old. The minimum height is 90cm. These are separate requirements: a 3-year-old who is 95cm tall still cannot use the standard activities, and a 5-year-old who is 88cm tall also cannot. The Toddler Play area is the exception for younger children.
The height rules are not advisory. Staff check at the entrance to each activity zone. If you buy the Ultimate Pass for a child who is 100cm tall, they will be turned away from Ninja Park, Jump Park, Slide’n’Fly, Sky Park and Free Fall. The pass is not refunded for activities the child cannot access. This is the most predictable mistake families make at this park: buying the top pass for a child who is not tall enough to use it.
Before choosing a pass, measure your child’s height without shoes and check it against the list below. If they are close to a threshold, assume they will not meet it.
- 90cm: The Cave Maze
- 95cm: The Playground, Sky Park Junior
- 100cm: Power Park, Cyber Walls, Climbing Walls
- 110cm: Ninja Park, Jump Park
- 125cm: Slide’n’Fly, Free Fall Jump
- 135cm: Sky Park
Maximum weight matters for Jump Park and Climbing Walls. Jump Park has a 130kg maximum. Climbing Walls has a 125kg maximum and a 15kg minimum. If your child is very light or very heavy for their height, check these before buying a pass that includes those zones.
Birthday Parties at Adventure Park
Adventure Park runs birthday packages with a minimum of 15 children. The packages vary by the number of activities included and the day of the week.
- Explorer Birthday Party: AED 139 per child Monday–Thursday, AED 159 Friday–Sunday. Minimum height 90cm. Access to any 5 of 11 activities. Birthday celebrant free.
- Thrill Seeker Birthday Party: AED 179 per child Monday–Thursday, AED 219 Friday–Sunday. Minimum height 110cm. Access to any 7 of 11 activities. Birthday celebrant free.
- Ultimate Birthday Party: AED 239 per child Monday–Thursday, AED 289 Friday–Sunday. Minimum height 135cm. Access to any 9 of 11 activities. Birthday celebrant free.
- Arcade Adventure Birthday Party: AED 349 per child Monday–Thursday, AED 369 Friday–Sunday. Minimum height 95cm. Access to any 6 of 11 activities plus AED 150 Play DXB credit.
All packages include E-invitations, party area decoration, an exclusive party area, a party hostess, and a goody bag priced at AED 25 each. The Thrill Seeker package and above include candy floss and popcorn. Food such as burgers, pizza or nuggets with juice is optional and priced separately. Photography sessions are AED 250 for 30 minutes or AED 350 for one hour. A piñata is AED 300. Extra balloons are AED 250 for one arch or four towers. Extending the party area for one hour costs AED 500.
There is also a Double Thrill Birthday Party option that combines Adventure Park with The Storm Coaster, the indoor rollercoaster in the same mall. That option is priced separately and is worth asking about if the birthday child is tall enough for the coaster, which requires 130cm.
The minimum booking is 15 children. A deposit equivalent to the value of eight children is required. The park has stated that birthday packages do not carry discounts, so do not expect a reduced rate from a discount platform for a birthday booking. If you need to reschedule, new dates are typically valid for one year, but confirm this at the time of booking.
What to Expect During a Visit?
The park is clean and well maintained. Multiple reviews across 3,000-plus ratings describe it as safe, with friendly staff and activities that suit a range of ages. The atmosphere is lively without being chaotic, which is unusual for an indoor play centre of this size.
Weekends and school holidays are significantly busier than weekday mornings. If you are visiting on a Friday or Saturday, arrive at opening time or after 20:00. The 10:00 opening on weekdays is the quietest sustained window. Afternoon slots during term time can fill with school groups, which changes the pace of the park from a relaxed play session to something closer to a supervised chaos.
Two hours is a realistic session length for a child aged 4–8 using the Thrill Seeker pass. Older children who meet the height requirements for all activities can comfortably use three hours on the Ultimate Pass. If you buy a four-activity pass for a shorter visit, one hour is usually enough before younger children lose interest.
The mall location means you are not locked into the park for food. Dubai Hills Mall has a full food court and restaurants on the same level and nearby. There is no need to bring a packed lunch unless you have specific dietary requirements that the mall cannot cover.
Common Mistakes
The biggest mistake is buying the Ultimate Pass for a child who is not tall enough to use the activities it includes. The second is arriving without checking height in advance and discovering at the counter that the intended pass is not usable. Measure your child at home, in socks or bare feet, and compare against the list before you travel.
Another mistake is assuming the park is the same as Aventura Parks in Mushrif. Aventura is an outdoor zipline and ropes course in a Ghaf tree forest, with different pricing, different activities and a completely different experience. If you searched for “adventure park Dubai” and ended up looking at ziplines, you are looking at the wrong venue. Adventure Park at Dubai Hills Mall is indoors, focused on younger children, and does not involve ziplining or a forest setting.
Discount vouchers sold through Cobone and Groupon sometimes exclude Toddler Play and sometimes have shorter validity than the direct passes. Read the terms before buying. The direct Emaar Ultimate Pass covers Toddler Play; not all third-party passes do.
If you are visiting on a birthday booking, confirm the food options and any optional extras in writing before the event. The base package does not include food, and the photography and piñata add-ons are priced per item. A party for 15 children with food, photography and a piñata can add several hundred dirhams above the per-child rate.
Who Should Go & When to Skip It?
Adventure Park works best for families with children aged roughly 4–10 who are between 95cm and 125cm tall, visiting on a weekday morning or a late weekend evening, and using the Thrill Seeker pass as a two-hour activity. It is a strong choice when outdoor parks are unusable because of heat, and it is convenient because it sits inside a mall with food, parking and other entertainment.
Skip it if your children are under 4 and you are not booking Toddler Play, if your child is under 95cm and expecting the full activity range, or if you are looking for outdoor adventure, ziplining or a theme-park experience. It is also a poor fit if you are visiting on a weekend afternoon during school holidays and expect a quiet session. The park does not have the scale or variety to justify a full-day visit for teenagers, and the height rules mean that a single pass rarely suits children of very different heights in the same family without careful planning.
The park is not cheap by international standards for indoor play, but the pricing is in line with Dubai mall attractions and the space is well maintained. If you buy the right pass for the right child at the right time, it delivers a focused two-hour activity in a controlled environment. If you buy the wrong pass or arrive at the wrong time, it becomes an expensive frustration.
